Both countries share the Gulf of Finland with Russia, where is St-Petersburg.
Putin was born there and Wikipedia says he's probably a descendant of the Germanic Varangian Vikings. These Vikings would reach Turkey, Iran, Iraq and others by passing thru St-Petersburg, Lagoda lake and then the Volga, it was an important trade route.

These Mongols, Khazar and Varangian did interbred anyway. The name Hungary comes from Hun, they are the ancestors of the Turk-Mongols who also stepped in Anatolia. One can't distinguish them from Khazar, Scythian, Aryan and many other horse ridding warriors, they were the first horse riders and spread from the East to the West of the Euro-Asian continent. They were different but shared the same culture, "religion" and they spread so fast that it's a kind of mystery for archaeologists and historians... who write history in double-talk anyway :)

Smyrna is where the "synagogue of Satan", false-Jews, is mentioned in Apocalypse 2:9. Synagogue use to mean assembly.
It's also from Smyrna that came the Etruscan false-Jews who founded Rome on the 111th day of 753 BC, on their calendar a special event on the 9/11 would mark the start of the end of time... while 9/11 is the 111th day before the end of a time unit we call a year !
It's also from Smyrna that came the Phoenician false-Jews who were the "Sea People" who could reach UK. Also note that it's around Hedeby that were the Angles and Saxons who colonized Angle-terre (England) with Anglo-Saxons !
There is also a strong parallel with Vikings and the red horse of Apocalypse 6, Huns with the dark horse, Iran and Asia with the green and Islam with the white... where the colors have a cardinal meaning in Turkish language : black is North, red is West, white is south and green-yellow is East ! Red hair Vikings, dark black hair Huns and Mongols, Islam were the 1st one with white horses and Yellow-green applies well to Eastern Asia.

These false-Jew REWIND history, often if not always !
